At Modern Chandelier, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If your fixture isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the chandelier in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all crystals, hardware, and installation manuals are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
